Our bodies are the vessels in which we experience life and create our realities. Learning to speak the subtle (and sometimes not so subtle!) language of our bodies is key to strengthening our intuition, optimizing our health, and living in harmony with our beautiful bodies.

In this training I share the art of “tending” to the body, which is giving attention to small, daily signals from the body before they get louder and tip into imbalance or dis-ease.

I also guide you through a short daily tending practice that will help you deepen your connection to your body and it’s innate wisdom.


Tending is providing care for something or someone. It is the art and practice of gently giving the body what it needs.
