This light-filled one-bedroom guesthouse features oversized windows, a spacious bedroom with a full closet, and a cozy living room looking out at the canyon. Step out onto your private deck—perfect for morning coffee, tea, or an evening drink while taking in the views and soaking in the peaceful energy of Topanga Canyon

Centrally located, you’ll have the best of both worlds: just 10 minutes to Topanga town, 5 minutes to Calabasas and the 101 freeway, 15–20 minutes to Topanga State Beach, and 25 minutes to Malibu.

The Space

Enter the property to the right of the main house. The guest house is partially attached to the main house - on the second floor with no shared walls or units below. You walk up one set of stairs onto the private deck with seating. Inside, you’ll find:

• A comfortable living room with TV and couch

• A full kitchen with basic amenities, Nespresso machine, French press, hot water kettle, reverse osmosis water filter

• A quiet bedroom with blackout shades, a large closet and an air purifier

• A bathroom and hallway linen storage

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the guesthouse and private outdoor deck.

Other things to note

**The unit is only accessible by one set of stairs.**

The guesthouse sits above the main home where the owners live, yet with no shared walls or units below, you’ll have a peaceful, private retreat all to yourself.

As this is canyon living, you may see deer, small lizards, or other local wildlife!

It gets very dark at night. There is a pathway lamp, and we recommend using your phone light; a flashlight is available if needed.

Due to fire hazard risk there is absolutely no smoking, candles or fire of any kind in or around the property.
