What is Breathwork?
The breath is our gateway to the body and the nervous system and is a profound tool to create change and well-being in our lives. The process of consciously altering the breath can help unwind tension patterns and the everyday stressors of life, release energetic blocks in the body, and bring us into deeper connection with our bodies and hearts. The result can be more physical energy and vitality, mental clarity, energetic balance, and psychological wellbeing. Clients also report improved sleep, improved circulation, improved digestion, reduction in worry or anxiety, and increased capacity for self-love and self-compassion. 1:1 Breathwork Healing Sessions
What to expect
This 75-minute virtual session is an opportunity for you to share about what’s present in your life, mind, body and spirit, and receive support and guidance. Through active listening and coaching we will discover areas of opportunity for growth and uncover where things might feel stagnant or blocked as you identify your intention for the session. I will guide you in an active Breathwork technique for about 30 minutes to move you out of the mind and into the heart and a state of relaxed consciousness. There will be a rest period where you will find rejuvenation and deep relaxation and then space to share or ask questions before we complete the session.

PRECAUTIONS & CONSIDERATIONS
While active Breathwork is of value to anyone interested in healing, it can bring up physical and emotional reactions and is not a one size-fits-all approach. Breathwork may not be indicated for those who have severe hypertension, epilepsy, bipolar disorders or schizophrenia, or recent major surgeries.
