PEP TALK FOR HAVING A BAD SYMPTOM DAY

Having one of those bad days where you’re noticing some more symptoms or having a flare up? These days can be so tough, especially when you’re working so hard to support your health. You probably feel like you’re doing everything that you’re supposed to, and you might be asking yourself: Why is my body not working? Why am I having this symptom? Why am I having this flare up?

On any healing journey, there are going to be ups and downs. Although they never feel good, symptoms, bad days, and flare ups are to be expected. To help you navigate the down days, I'm sharing a mini pep talk that you can listen to below for when you’re having a bad symptom day. These pep talks are something I’ve been giving to clients for years in my one-on-one coaching. I find that sometimes when we’re in the thick of it getting some support and a reframe of perspective can do so much.

I want you to have this pep talk from me in your back pocket so that anytime you're having a bad symptom day or experiencing a flare up, you can pull it out, give it a listen, know that you're supported, and remember that this too shall pass.
